Specifically calculated water spray volume, conveyor speed and cooling of recirculating water enable control and successful cooling of any hot filled product into various containers for cooling prior to the labelling or final packaging of your products.
Specifically designed for the food industry, our cooling tunnels are built to withstand the harsh environment of any food processing plant.

Inox Fabrications Australia Pty. Ltd. is a privately owned Australian Company engaged in the design and manufacture of custom built Stainless Steel Equipment for the food processing, chemical and allied industries.
Inox commenced operation in 1998 and is currently located in a fully equipped purpose built factory in Epping Victoria. The factory is approximately 20 minutes from Tullamarine Airport via the Melbourne Western Ring Road.
The Directors of Inox have hands on roles in the daily activities of the Company and have many years of
industry experience.

Major Industries

Beverage Industry

Over the years Inox has provided a range of equipment for the beverage industry
including equipment for: liquid milk, fruit juice, brewery, cooking oil and soft
drink. Inox have designed and built storage silos up to 100,000 litre capacity,
Aseptic Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Refrigerated Storage Tanks and Process Vessels
with a range of custom built special purpose Agitators.

Dairy Products

Inox have demonstrated their expertise in this industry by supplying an extensive
range of equipment to the major participants in this field. Specialized yoghurt
maturation tanks, cheese blending and processing equipment, Aseptic Tanks and a
variety of custom built equipment have been designed and built to customers
satisfaction.

Sauces And Viscous Liquid Foodstuff

Inox specialize in Jacketted Process Kettles with scraped surface Agitators to meet
the cooking, cooling and mixing needs of this industry.
All Pressure Vessel design is done in house and Inox have the capacity to
manufacture pressure vessels to a maximum of 12mm thick.

Miscellaneous Food Processing

The meat and vegetable processing industry is also serviced by Inox with a range
of double and single ribbon and paddle mixers, conveyors, bin and hoist tipping
equipment and special purpose custom built equipment.
Inox also have clients in the pastry and confectionery fields and have delivered
many challenging projects in this area.

Chemical and Pharmaceutical

These industries are catered for with a variety of equipment some of which is fabricated
from high alloy stainless steel to accommodate the corrosion effects of many products.
The exacting standards of the Pharmaceutical Industry have been met by Inox and equipment has been C.E certified and documented for installation in Europe and the U.K.

Agency – Lagarde Retorts and Autoclaves

Inox Fabrications is the appointed Australian and New Zealand agent
for Lagarde of France.
Lagarde is the world leader in automated sterilisation technology and equipment, employing steam or hot water.
Lagarde has supplied over 2500 installations in all parts of the world, covering a diverse range of industries.
These include food processing, pharmaceutical, agricultural and
Para-medical products and applications.
Lagarde’s sterilisation technology is acknowledged for its repeatability and reliability, enabling the end-user to achieve the desired performance.
The Lagarde technology is also highly efficient in the use of electricity water and steam.
Inox has installed over 30 Lagarde retorts in Australia. Some retort systems have fully automated loading and unloading systems. Inox can supply, install and commission if required.
