Our standard 'in-line' Instantisers are the popular choice of many small, medium and large processors throughout Australia. We have supplied our Instantisers also to food processing plants in Phillipines!!!
Standard sizes are:
150L, 300L, 500L, 750L, 1000L, 1500L, 2000L, 2500L, 3000L
Each Instantiser is custom designed to suit our clients requests, details such as size and number of fittings, CIP sprayballs, no foam inlets, size of loading/inspection opening, and options to feed a measured amount of liquid in per batch as well as setting a fixed time for mixing to eliminate over-mixing and subesequent fixing.
