Steam Jacketed Cooking Kettles
Primarily used in the food, dairy and beverage industry for soups, processed sauces and
other food products requiring cooking and cooling.
Inox Fabrications Australia design and manufacture steam jacketed cooking kettles from 250L to 2000L capacity. All product contact surfaces are smooth crevice free.

Inox jacketed and insulated mixing tanks
Inox Fabrications design and manufacture insulated mixing tanks for food industry applications.
Manufactured from 304 SS or 316 SS, these particular type of mixing tanks are fitted with dimple plate cooling or heating jackets to side walls and/or bottom cone.
To ensure your product temperature is maintained, the tank is insulated and clad in stainless steel.
We insist on using chloride free insulation to ensure longevity of the stainless steel surfaces.
The dimple plate used is (ex APV Brisbane equipment) fully tested & certified to AS1210 C 3 and is tested to 1980Kpa and operates up to 1040 Kpa, full material certificates and test certificates to AS1210 will be provided with the MDR.
Inox Fabrications also offer load cell systems and PLC control systems for batch interfacing with existing process software.

The vessel/mixer comprises of a steam jacketed, PLC controlled, central top agitated mixer.
Other features include, outlet drainage sump with 4� ball valve release, pneumatically operated hinged side outlet, hygienic sight tube, top hinged lids for product infeed, variable speed drive for agitation.
Lids are safety interlocked and all equipment produced by Inox meets Australian standards for safety of machinery requirements.
Special purpose mixing equipment is available upon professional consultation with Inox�s design staff and built by expert and specialised manufacturing staff in its Melbourne facilities.
