2009-01-14 Mobile CIP units available from Inox

Permanent CIP (Clean-in-Place) tank set installations for small to medium food manufacturers more often than do not suit small plants. The reason is, because of the required piping, valves and tanks, and the floor space required to house these systems.

Best wishes to all for 2010

All the management and staff at Inox Fabrications Australia Pty. Ltd. would like to wish all of our valued clients and suppliers the very best for the coming 2010 year ahead of us.

Water Spray Cooling Tunnels

cooling tunnel

Designed and manufactured in Australia by Inox Fabrications Australia, water spray cooling tunnels are available for cooling of plastic/glass containers or pouches.
Specifically calculated water spray volume, conveyor speed and cooling of recirculating water enable control and successful cooling of any hot filled product into various containers for cooling prior to the labelling or final packaging of your products.
Specifically designed for the food industry, our cooling tunnels are built to withstand the harsh environment of any food processing plant.

Inox Fabrications designs and manufactures pressure vessels to Australian standards - AS1210.
Stainless steel construction, in 304 S/S, 316 S/S and SAF2205. Vessels are designed to suit customer requirements and are hygienic in design for food manufacturing processes.
Inox fabrications offer a combination of design engineering and manufacture resources that few companies can match.

Pressure Vessels with pneumatically operated top hemispherical opening lids can be incorporated with swing bolt closures or fully automatic locking ring.

Shown here is a recent build of a steam jacketed pressure with pneumatically operated lid and locking ring system.
Safety interlocks are also included to ensure safe opening and locking of the vessel.

Food process pressure vessels designed and built by Inox Fabrications have been installed in many food processing plants across Australia and overseas and have shown to improve quality and increase yield of products as well as improve heating time and distribution thus saving valuable costs associated with steam processes.

Heavy Duty Mixers/Vessels for chemical application

Extra tough construction.
Mixing and pressure vessels for viscous products.

Vessels designed by Inox for medium to heavy viscosity products. These vessels are capable of full vacuum, pressure and temperature control, top loading and bottom discharging. Variable speed is standard. These vessels are a low speed, medium shear style vessel with excellent mix dispersment which offer a unique mixing action and a high rate of product turnover caused by the blades providing very efficient heat transfer capabilities.

Heavy duty mixers designed by Inox are primarily utilized in industries that produce polymers/monomers, thermoplastics, silicones, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, epoxies, adhesives and propellants. Long term service in high viscosity mixing applications is a normal design feature for these mixers.

Designed Agitator Blades

Heavy duty specially designed adjustable and removable agitator blades incorporated with solid sidewall baffles which allow for vessel thermal expansion ensure solid 'lumps' are broken down.

Features:

  • Hydraulic or electric geared motor drive option.
  • Motor, bridge, stuffing box, lid and agitator all removable from vessel.
  • Dimple plate jacket or coil flow heating.
  • Standard or 'flushed' type stuffing box arrangement.
  • Designed for 3 bar internal pressure and full vacuum.
